Through our webshop personal data are processed to be able to process an order. GEJE Truck Hydraulics BV considers that a careful handling of personal data is of great importance. When using our online shop, we obtain certain information from you. This could be personal data. We only store and use personal data which is provided directly by you, in the context of the service you have requested, or which at the time of provision is clearly provided to us for processing.

Registrer
You can register in our webshop. After your registration we save this data so that you do not have to fill it in again each time and so that we can contact you in connection with the performance of the contract. We will not provide the data linked to your user name to third parties, unless this is necessary within the framework of the execution of the agreement you have concluded with us or if this is required by law. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of our web shop, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.

Data access
You can at any time access the data we hold about you. By sending an email to verkoop@geje.nl you can instruct us to permanently remove that data from our systems. The retention of your data is important if you continue to place orders with us.

Order processing
When you place an order with us we use your personal data for processing. If necessary for the proper handling of your order we may also disclose your personal data to third parties. You can read more about this in this privacy statement.

In addition to the information on our website we may also inform you about our new products and services by e-mail

Contact form and newsletter
We offer via our webshop the possibility to ask questions via a contact form, where you are asked to fill in various details in order to process your question. You choose which data you provide. The data you send us will be kept as long as this is necessary according to the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail for a complete response and handling. We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link by which you can unsubscribe. Your e-mail address and name will automatically be added to the list of subscribers.

Location data/cookies
When you visit our website your (location) data may be stored and processed by the provider of e.g. the navigation/mapping software such as Google Maps but the data may also be used by e.g. Google or Apple themselves. We have no influence on this. We recommend that you read the relevant privacy statements of the provider in question.
GEJE uses cookies, Javascript and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• To optimise the website and social media integration;
• Collecting and analysing statistics;
• Using, managing and targeting advertising and verifying the proper functioning of advertising

Some of the above require the identification of visitor behaviour. Third parties may also place cookies through GEJE and track internet behaviour as is the case, for example, with embedded videos from Youtube.

Provision of data to third parties
For the proper performance of our services we use a number of supporting administration systems and a back-up facility. In addition, personal data may be transferred to a company outside the EU for processing of our newsletter. This company is certified for the EU-US Privacy Shield. We have established processing agreements with the suppliers of supporting systems/facilities.
